- The subject of the order is a special medical material called a Transcatheter system with a self-expanding aortic valve designed for selected clinical indications intended for the Department of Interventional Cardiology. The planned procurement period is 36 months.
Special medical equipment for intervention cardiology, focusing on the system for transcatheter transfemoral bioprosthesis implantation in the aortic position in patients with severe aortic stenosis:
• Self-expandable nitinol bioprosthesis with intra-annular position
• Available in five sizes, suitable for aortic annulus with diameter 19 30 mm
• Bioprosthesis equipped with an external cuff designed to minimize para-valvular leakage through active synchronization with the cardiac cycle
• The bioprosthesis is treated with an anticalcification treatment
• The bioprosthesis is equipped with three X-ray contrast markers that ensure precise positioning implant at a height of 3 mm
• The insertion system enables repeated insertion, repositioning and complete withdrawal of the bioprosthesis back into the system
• The loading mechanism is equipped with a safety lock against unwanted flap release
• Complete system including necessary accessories
