• The subject of the contract is the construction of two rental apartment buildings and technical infrastructure for the apartment buildings in Štúrovo. The building is divided into building objects: SO 01 a - APARTMENT BUILDING - A SO 01 b - APARTMENT BUILDING - B SO 02 - TRANSPORT CONNECTION AND INTERNAL AREA TRANSPORTATION SO 03 - WATER CONNECTION SO 04 - SEWER CONNECTION SO 05 - EXTENSION OF THE PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY SO 06 - EXTENSION OF PUBLIC SEWERAGE SO 07 - ABSTRACT FACILITY AND RAIN SEWER SO 08 - LV ELECTRICAL CONNECTION SO 09 - AREA DISTRIBUTION LV, LIGHTING SO 10 - PASSAGE OF ELECTRICAL WIRING SO 11 - DISTRIBUTION LV DISTRIBUTION SO 12 - HV DISTRIBUTION DISTRIBUTION SO 13 - SUBSTATION PS 01 - OPERATIONAL FILE TS As part of the order, two identical three-storey apartment buildings will be built (SO 01a - BYTOVÝ DOM - A, SO 01b - APARTMENT BUILDING - B), each apartment building from three apartment blocks. Each apartment block is designed with a separate entrance and staircase from the outside area. New engineering networks and communications are designed for apartment buildings. This is a new water supply connections and expansion of the public water supply, new sewage connections and expansion of the public sewer, new electrical connections and a new transformer station, new infiltration facilities for draining rainwater and new local communication with parking sometimes.
