Each apartment block is designed with a separate entrance and staircase from the outside space. New engineering networks and communications are designed for the apartment buildings. It is about new water supply connections and expansion of the public water supply, new sewage connections and expansion of the public sewer, new electrical connections and a new transformer station, new infiltration facilities for draining rainwater and new local communication with parking spaces.
