DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION AND CYBERNETIC MANAGEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES SAFETY
The subject of delivery of the order "UPJŠ - KIBUK - CYBERNETIC AND INFORMATION SECURITY" Part 1 - Development of documentation and management processes of information and cyber security is the preparation and updating of UPJŠ's security documentation in accordance with the currently valid legislation. especially in accordance with Act no. 69/2018 Coll. on cyber security (hereinafter referred to as the "KB Act"), Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technologies in public administration and relevant implementing legal regulations NBU Decree no. 226/2025, which establishes the details of reports, NBU Decree no. 227/2025 on security measures, Decree of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatization no. 179/2020, which establishes the method of categorization and the content of security measures of public administration information technologies.
