- Utility work vehicles for public lighting failure service repeated order Description: The subject of the order is the supply of utility work vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 t with warning lights and mandatory additional equipment according to the specifications given in the tender documents and in their annexes. The vehicles will primarily be used for the maintenance of public lighting in the city of Bratislava. The subject of the 1st part of the ban is the delivery of 3 vehicles with an option to purchase another 3 vehicles; in the 2nd part of the order, the subject is the delivery of 2 vehicles with an option to purchase another 2, and in the 3rd part of the order, the subject is the delivery of 1 flatbed with the option to buy another 1 flatbed. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the tender documents. In the case of exercise of the option, the Contracting Parties are entitled to agree on a deadline for the delivery of such a vehicle different from that specified in the proposal for fulfilling the applicant's criteria. Public procurer is entitled to exercise the option within a period of one year from the date of entry into force of the Contract.
