• Valuation or valuation of mixed municipal waste 2026 Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of the following services: a) Valuation or valuation of mixed waste (hereinafter referred to as "MWW") cat. no. 20 03 01 in the expected quantity in accordance with annex no. 1 of this Invitation in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended by later regulations and relevant generally binding regulations, in particular the declarations of the MZP SR in the area of ​​waste management. Closer specification the subject of the contract is listed in Appendix No. 1 of this call.b) The public contractor's pickup trucks will dump waste on the designated area of ​​the transshipment station in the city of Stara Ľubovňa. The waste is then loaded by the public contractor using a machine mechanism into containers of the winning bidder, who will take them away with his own transport. A. The collection of mixed municipal waste from the district of Stara Ľubovňa and Kezmarok to the transshipment station will be carried out using the public contractor's own transport. B. Winning Bidder ensure the transportation of waste from the transshipment station to the facility for waste recovery or re-valuation using its own capacities. C. The public procurer requires that the successful bidder collect the imported waste on working days between 07:00 and 15:00 D. The public contractor will ensure the loading of waste at the transshipment station. E. The public procurer requires that the operator of the relevant equipment for the evaluation or assessment of waste has in force all permits established by law, decisions in in the prescribed form during the entire period of validity of the contract.
