• Construction of residential buildings TERCHOVSKA_2 Description: The subject of public procurement is the assignment of the so-called mixed order in accordance with § 30 par. 1 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended by later regulations (hereinafter in of these competition documents only the "Public Procurement Act" in the appropriate grammatical form). It is an order for the execution of construction works and the supply of design activities, while the predominant activity is construction works. Predmetom zakazky je uzatvorenie the contract on the future contract under the conditions set out in these tender documents, the subject of which will be the minimum commitment of the successful bidder: - to complete the design of the existing project in the documentation stage for the building permit to the documentation stage for the realization of the building and other project documentation according to these tender documents and their annexes, including the transfer of the license to such project documentation to the public contractor, - build the buildings in accordance with the delivered and agreed upon by the investor project documentation for the implementation of construction, approval and other engineering, including the delivery of the project of the actual design and - sell the constructed buildings to the public contractor after the successful approval of the buildings, and all in their own name, on their own account and at own risk, or v sulade s obchodnymi podmienkami pre tuto verejnu suťaz.Imanentnou sučasťou tejto zakazky je verejnym obstaravateľom vybrany sposob a mechanizmus prefinancovania stavby, ktory je rekognizovany prislusnou legislativou v oblasti rental housing - refinancing of the entire building and purchase after its successful approval.
