• Description:
• The subject of the contract is waste recovery in a facility for energy recovery of waste (disposal in an incinerator), namely goods (including packaging) that have become the property of the state and are administered by customs authorities (hereinafter referred to as "FS"), marked according to the Catalog of waste based on the decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 365/2015 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as "Decree of Ministry of the Slovak Republic No. 365/2015 Coll."), listed in Annex no. 1 of the framework agreement. Pursuant to the framework agreement, which will be concluded for the period of 36 (thirty-six) months, the service provider will simultaneously ensure the transportation of the container and waste for the purpose of waste recovery, the rental of a large-capacity or large-volume container and the preparation of minutes on waste recovery with the participation of the commission, if requested by the FS on on the basis of a written order. The provider undertakes to provide the service in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 79/2015 Coll.") and in accordance with the classification waste in the sense of the Waste Catalog based on Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic no. 365/2015 Coll., establishing the Waste Catalog.
