Description:
The subject of the contract is divided into parts:
j. Collection, transport and management of municipal waste for the purpose of their recovery, respectively. disposal in the territory of the town of Piešťany including the urban Parts Kocurice. These services must be carried out in the territory of the town of Piešťany in accordance with the waste management hierarchy resulting from Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended and related legislation.
Subject 2. The part of the order is Ensuring services in the management of biodegradable kitchen waste from households (collection, transport and further management for the purpose of its appreciation) in the city of Piešťany, including the city district of Kocurice, which means in accordance with the definition pursuant to § 2 of Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste a on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended, the classification of waste according to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. Laying down the Catalog of Waste, as amended, as amended to category 20 01 08 Biodegradable kitchen and restaurant waste.
The recovery of waste is required by activity R3 in accordance with Annex no. 1 to Act no. 79/2015 on waste and amendments to certain acts, as amended: recycling or recovery of organic substances that are not used as solvents (including composting and other biological transformation transformation processes).
