• Zilina - original building reconstruction Description: The subject of the contract is the development and delivery of project documentation for the "Zilina - original building reconstruction" project based on an architectural study at the stage of building design and construction project in details of the implementation project (SZP/VPP) including geodetic focus (GZ), engineering activity and author's supervision. If necessary, the developer of the project documentation will also ensure the extension of the validity of the issued and valid decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project by the relevant authority and until the handover of the construction site to the contractor of implementation works in accordance with Act no. 25/2025 Coll. and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "construction law"). The building is from 09/2022 declared a national cultural monument. The dispatch building of the Zilina railway station was built in 1939 1942 and currently, as an entrance area to the city of Zilina, it does not meet the requirements in terms of layout, visuals, even in terms of construction and technical condition, which are placed on a building of such importance. The object of the narrative building is part of the area of ​​the Zilina railway station, and the planned reconstruction complements the ongoing complex reconstruction of the railway junction of the construction "ZSR, Completion of the establishment station Zilina Teplička and of the connecting railway infrastructure in the Zilina node", which includes ensuring the intuitive and smooth movement of passengers without unnecessary disruptive transfers within the framework of the ZST, as well as optimizing and making the time of the passenger's passage through the exhibition building more attractive connecting the vestibule of the narrative building with the new hall of the traffic control center building and the boarding area realized as ...
