Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of zirconium fiduciary markers, which are intended for precise localization of target volumes in radiotherapy /IGRT/, for single use, visible on standard X-rays and magnetic resonance images (MRI), and CT. The procured goods will be VOU use according to their operational needs, mainly to ensure urological procedures. The subject of the contract must be new, unused and not refurbished, in perfect condition and must comply with all valid legal regulations in the territory of the Slovak Republic or of the European Union. An integral part of the contract is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the contract, provision of user documentation for the subject of the contract necessary for proper and error-free use of the subject of the contract for the specified purpose in compliance with all legal regulations and providing a guarantee for the delivered goods.
