• ZS Kvetoslavov Reconstruction and completion of a primary school Description: The subject is the implementation of construction works on the reconstruction and completion of a primary school in the village of Kvetoslavov. The main building is divided into two expansion units: School - SO 01 Main building and sub-building gymnasium - SO 01.T Gymnasium. The building has three floors and a partial basement. Structurally, the object is a wooden building in combination with masonry or reinforced concrete parts. The flooded, preserved part consists of masonry columns on the 1st floor. Part of the contract is also an option to build a gym defined by a separate budget "Construction_Gym - Reconstruction and completion of the elementary school in Kvetoslavov". The public procurer can choose the option apply within 12 months from the effective date of the contract, by means of a written amendment to the Contract. The same contractual provisions apply to the Option as to the Work itself, including invoicing conditions, the Contractor's obligations, guarantees and sanctions.
