• ZSR, Increasing the permeability of the Bratislava-Rača - Leopoldov line Description: The subject of the contract with the name "ZSR, Increasing the permeability of the Bratislava-Rača - Leopoldov line" is: - development and delivery of project documentation for the building permit in details for implementation of construction (hereinafter referred to as "DSPRS"), - provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be the provision of a valid building permit or valid building permits, if more building permits are needed, or notices of the building office, that there are no objections to the announcement of building regulations (hereinafter referred to as "IČ for DSPRS"), - ensuring the property and legal settlement of land owners (hereinafter referred to as "MPV") in the form of permanent occupation or the establishment of an easement, namely for construction proceedings, or in the case of a newly discovered owner, or of the owners as of the date of submission of the proposal for construction approval, if necessary, - implementation of construction works (hereinafter also "Work" or "construction"), - provision of related engineering activities during construction implementation, the result of which will be the delivery of the complete document part necessary for the issuance of a valid inspection decision or valid approval decisions (hereinafter referred to as "IČ for approval"), - preparation and delivery of project documentation of the actual implementation of construction for the Work and individual parts of the Work (hereinafter referred to as "DSRS"), - provision of TSI CCS assessment by a notified body, the result of which will be a certificate on verification of subsystems and an EC declaration on verification of subsystems.
